Making the room warm is not enough with the low temperatures outside. The glass windows make the room very cold and the heater or air blower is provided with a charge on top of the room rent. Breakfast service was good. People were good. Improvement needed in making the room warm

Excellent bed, staffs are good n polite,proper hygiene maintain in room, getting hot water at any time during the stay they also provide heater machine to maintain room tempreture at affordable price we had fun staying in Mussoorie at hammers international

Clean room and washroom with hot/cold water. View of balcony is so beautiful and sunlight directly through in the room from balcony. Staff behaviour is very good and supported. Location is good and there is no crowded area Food is quite good.

The location of the hotel is very good, It has al the good notable eateries and other places nearby, one can enjoy the humdrum of mall road from the room, room had a bid glass window, and was well ventilated, Hotel is an old property, set up in 1980's they are renovating now, we stayed in the older area( family room), service and food quality was very good.

Nice staff and outstanding room. Thank to Mr Ashar he provide me the best room with affordable price rate. I will share the details with my family and friends. The food was nice. Got water is also available at room .
